I got my second set of trekking poles from Ram Mountaineering this week, and I had the MOST amazing customer service. When I needed to exchange the original ones I purchased, they allowed me to come to their warehouse and get the other poles, so I could hike Cape Point the next day. Wow. What an awesome company and people!
